Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Stems Luxury purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our return guidelines below to ensure a smooth process.


Returns

We accept returns on new, unworn items in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact, within 14 days from the order ship date. Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and a padded mailing envelope or box to ensure safe return.

  • Do not use the product box as the shipping box. Returns with significant packaging damage or signs of use will not be accepted.

  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns to help us maintain the quality of our inventory.

Return Window

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the order ship date.
Returns scanned and dropped off after the 14-day window will be ineligible for refund and automatically sent back to you.

We recommend retaining your shipping receipt and tracking number as we cannot issue refunds for lost or untraceable packages.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only.

  • Once your return is received and approved, please allow 3–4 business days for processing.

  • It may take an additional 5–10 business days for your bank to reflect the refund in your account.


Final Sale Items

All sale items and gift card purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.


Exchanges

We are currently not offering direct exchanges. If you'd like to swap an item, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item in accordance with the return policy above.


Return Policy Misuse

To protect our customers and ensure fairness, Stems Luxury monitors return activity. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of return policy abuse.
